Monterrey, Mexico

Monterrey is not only a city of opportunity but also a place of deep struggle. Haitians and many others arrive seeking stability, yet face overcrowded housing, scarce jobs, and legal uncertainty. Beyond these struggles, there is also the deeper reality of sin—broken relationships with God, despair, and hopelessness that no job or document can fix. HBMI responds by proclaiming Christ as the true hope while walking alongside communities with compassion and practical support.

Operations & Missionary Actions in monterrey

HBMI is laying foundations for long-term ministry in Monterrey, where thousands of Haitian migrants are already striving to rebuild their lives. The work now taking shape focuses on two priorities: a Haitian Baptist church that is providing spiritual care and discipleship, and a community center that is beginning to meet practical needs and strengthen families.

First Haitian Baptist Community Church of Monterrey

FHBCCM is a gathering place where Haitians find worship, fellowship, and discipleship rooted in God’s Word.
